Originally from Houston, Texas, Britt lived in Washington, DC for over 12 years. She attended Howard University and received a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Marketing. Britt has over 8 years of experience in real estate marketing. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Britt was the marketing manager of a luxury real estate firm covering over 4 offices in Washington, DC. She later relocated to Charlotte, NC, and became the marketing manager of two real estate firms over a 4-year span as well as a licensed Real Estate Agent. 

Britt has the knowledge and expertise that engenders confidence from the nervous first-time buyer to the seasoned developer and investor. She considers her clientele's loyalty the highest compliment and greatest reward of all. She prides herself in treating each buyer and seller with the utmost professionalism, and thoroughness in pursuing her clientele's unique needs.
