Serving others is what drives Tim to ensure his clients have an excellent experience when buying or selling a home. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Tim has a diversity of experience repairing electronics in the US Army, writing control software for a pharmaceutical company, teaching children in afterschool programs for a non profit Christian organization, and selling process equipment for decades in industrial sales.

During his time in the military, Tim spent four years active duty with much of his time deployed to Honduras where he met and married his wife, Dora, in 1988. They have four children and three granddaughters. Tim and Dora love spending time with their family and frequently have gatherings and game nights.

Tim loves to travel, and through a combination of business and personal travel has visited 49 of the 50 US states only missing Alaska, which is on the short list of future destinations. He has also traveled to about 15 other countries throughout North, South and Central America and Europe. Beside spending time with family, Tim finds great peace and solace backpacking throughout the mountains of the Southeast US. He also volunteers with a financial stewardship team through his church to help others develop money management plans and budgets.

Through his life experience and travel, Tim has learned the importance of relationship. He loves people and finds great joy in helping them. If you need to buy or sell a home, Tim is anxious to serve you.
