Caroline is a licensed Realtor® in both North and South Carolina. Her real estate career was born out of passion to help and serve others while paying attention to the details. She is a South Carolina native who has lived in Fort Mill, SC since 2009. While living and raising her family here in the area, she has built relationships and built local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods. Caroline’s attention to detail and technical background has been derived from multiple transactions with buyers and sellers as well as her bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering. Contract management, analytical analysis of the market, relationships and serving others are the principles that Caroline stands on to provide smooth and quality transactions for her clients.
