Hello, my name is Chad Clayton. I grew up in Florida and have called North Carolina home since 2005. I have lived in the mountains, Durham, Raleigh, and now in Youngsville. My wife Sarah and I, and our beautiful kids Chase and Kayla love all that NC has to offer. We are active in our church and can frequently be found in our garden or at our local dog park with our black lab Jasmine. 

I have recently changed careers from healthcare to becoming a realtor. As a Registered Nurse I gave my clients and their loved ones my all. I promise to come along side you and give you my all as our team helps make your home ownership dreams come true.
