Cliff Totherow

NC & SC Advisor - Fort Mill

Cliff Totherow is a homegrown Fort Mill native. He graduated from Winthrop University, majoring in both Psychology & Philosophy. He further attended graduate school to research emotion and deception detection at the University of South Carolina. Over the past decade, Cliff has made a career of understanding people's needs and providing expert solutions to unique situations.

Cliff and his father run the oldest independent car lot in South Carolina: Elmer's Used Cars, LLC. Having sold thousands of vehicles to local customers, Cliff knows how to make working together both a fun and relaxing experience for everyone involved. He takes pride in surpassing even the highest of his customer's expectations and enjoys surprising them with how stress-free even the most complicated of transactions can be when done the right way.

After seeing how easy it was to purchase his first investment property in 2016, Cliff decided to become a licensed Realtor and make a side business out of real estate and real estate investing. Now, in addition to operating his own private investment company and the family automotive business, he also represents his friends and family regarding all of their real estate needs.

He enjoys both industries and commands excellence and fairness in each and every transaction. Whether you simply want to receive top dollar for your property, or learn more about your various exit strategies with your current property, Cliff will gladly equip you with the knowledge and expertise you are looking for. Cliff treats each transaction as if it were his own, with the utmost vigor, diligence, and care.

To ensure all clients receive his best work, Cliff employs a 3 customer limit. If he is currently at his limit, Cliff will gladly (and freely) provide you with a list of other expert agents detailing exactly why each one is a great option to handle YOUR special set of needs. Being readily available is a trait Cliff believes firmly in. You can reach him by phone, text, or email ANYTIME.
