I’m a North Carolina real estate advisor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate® Paracle, serving Waxhaw and the surrounding southern Charlotte area. One of my greatest strengths is navigating the details of a real estate transaction. I have a strong understanding of contracts and the technical aspects of the process, and I especially enjoy negotiation and developing strategies that protect my clients’ interests and support their goals. I’m also fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to provide clear, personalized guidance to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

I work alongside my husband, Matt Wolfe, as a husband-and-wife real estate team. Matt brings more than 35 years of local knowledge of the Waxhaw area along with his experience as a licensed North Carolina home inspector. His understanding of homes and property condition complements my strengths in contracts, negotiation, and transaction details.
