I’m a North Carolina real estate advisor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate® Paracle, serving Waxhaw and the surrounding southern Charlotte area. Having lived in the Waxhaw area for more than 35 years, I bring my clients firsthand knowledge of the community, its neighborhoods, and the homes that make this area such a special place to live.

In addition to real estate, I’m an actively licensed North and South Carolina home inspector. That experience gives me a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate homes, understand property condition, and make informed decisions beyond finishes and cosmetic details.

I work alongside my wife, Marina Wolfe, as a husband-and-wife real estate team. My local knowledge and understanding of residential construction are complemented by Marina’s strengths in contracts, negotiation, and transaction details.
