Matthew Barbee is a local guy through and through, born and raised in Garner, NC, and a proud graduate of UNC Greensboro (class of '05). He's been in real estate since 2014 and absolutely loves helping people through one of the biggest moments in life: buying or selling a home.

Over the years, Matthew has worked with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, and he knows the ins and outs of new construction too. When he's not showing homes or writing up offers, Matthew's spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their three awesome kids: Brayden (16), Addison (14), and Devyn (6).
